​March Workshops at Hearthstone
 
 
MAKE YOUR OWN FLOWER POTS:  Thursday, March 11, at 10:00 AM, Hearthstone Botanical Gardens will sponsor a workshop on making flower pots using dollies, cloth and bonding materials. Participants will create their own unique plant containers. Hearthstone Gardens is in Wellborn just off US Hwy 90 at 3300 134th Place. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Call 386-438-3102 to reserve a spot and get directions. A materials fee of $10 will apply.
 
 
MY SEEDS ARE UP, NOW WHAT DO I DO?:  Wednesday, March 17,  at 10 AM, Hearthstone Botanical Gardens will sponsor a workshop teaching gardeners to grow strong, sturdy seedlings. This workshop will address issues such as damp off, overcrowding, sudden death, when and how to fertilize, and include suggestions on transplanting, proper mediums, and plant handling techniques. Participants may bring seedlings for analysis if they so desire. Hearthstone Gardens is in Wellborn just off US Hwy 90 at 3300 134th Place. Call 386-438-3102 to reserve a spot and get directions.
