RENTAL INFORMATION

 The Live Oak Garden Club, Inc. is located at 1300 11th Street, SW, Live Oak, next to
Shands Hospital of Live Oak and the Coliseum of Live Oak. It is a lovely central
location, easy to locate and close to town with a private setting and ample Parking for any function.
   
The clubhouse and gardens can be rented by the day and will accommodate parties up
to 100 (75 sit down or 100 reception style).  The building includes 2 lavatories  
and a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. The rental fee includes 10– 60” round
tables with 100 padded chairs and 2-8 ft tables and 1-6 ft serving table. 
 
The clubhouse can be made available the day before for set up and decorating if
there is no rental on that day.  Activities and clean up are to conclude at
11:00 pm at which time a designated committee member is notified for inspection
and lock up. NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL is permitted in the building.

Rental Fees
 
A security deposit of $100 and a signed contract is required in advance to hold a
reservation. The security deposit is not applied to the rental fee but is
refunded after the event as long as there are no contract violations and all
final building conditions are met. The rental fee is due in cash prior to each
event. A 30 day notice is required for all cancellations or all monies collected
will be forfeited.
